Having a daily skin care regimen is extremely important to having healthy skin. My skin isn’t always the best, because I have a lot of hormonal acne, but I try to give my skin its best chance to glow. Below is the morning and evening skin care routine that I am currently using. And at the end are some of the healthy habits I follow to get healthy looking skin. Enjoy!

Healthy Skin Habits:
- Drink Water
- Take Vitamins
- Use Lip Balm
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep
- Avoid hot showers
- Change your pillow case often
- Disinfect your cell phone regularly
- Clean your makeup brushes regularly
